Thinking From The Right Frequency Changing the Brainwave Of The Suspicious Mind Part II

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”—Nikola Tesla

There is no depression in this world. People are thinking depressive thoughts. These thoughts affect the chemistry in their bodies. As a result, they become immobilized. Does this statement scare you or empower you? Think about it; there is nothing outside of you controlling you. Only your thoughts (energy) dictate the mood and state you are in. You have the ability to change your mood by changing your thoughts.

I hope you had the opportunity to read my prior Blog: “Changing the Brainwave Of The Suspicious Mind Part I.” It delved deep on the relationship of brainwaves and emotions and the impact they have on our physical experience. As I continue my research on the beautiful mind, I discovered something profound. Ultimately, what we want to achieve in life is NOT at our fingertips. It is deep in our thoughts. It materialises into form by the beat of our frequency, vibration, focus and attention. Our brain is a map to our past, present and future. Where do you want to be? Who do you wish to become in the process? Our brain reflects our experiences recreating some facsimile of the world allowing us to imagine a different one. Question is where do thoughts originate? Is it guided inspiration or are we in control of our thoughts?

Hello, my beautiful souls! Wow—2025 has flown by in the blink of an eye. Mother Nature has definitely kept us on our toes this year. One moment we were battling an unexpected cold snap in May that seemed to skip spring altogether, and the next we were thrown into a relentless heatwave that lasted until the end of September.

Thankfully, October arrived like a breath of fresh air here in Toronto, wrapping the city in that unmistakable autumn scent and a gentle, lazy breeze. Our beautiful maple trees seemed just as delightfully confused, painting the landscape with the most stunning fall colors. This season truly has my heart.

I hope wherever you are in the world, you’re staying safe and grounded through all this intense weather.

As I reflected on the summer, I found myself thinking about the joyful, free-spirited moments of exploration—those little bursts of adventure that remind me of past travels with family and friends. I’m sending wishes for a year full of exploration, self-expression, and the kind of life you’re truly passionate about—one that’s ever-expanding.

When we explore, we’re opening ourselves to the new. We seek out adventure, embrace change, and immerse ourselves in unfamiliar sights, sounds, smells, and even tastes. These experiences create beautiful emotions, and the more intense the experience, the more our body produces positive chemicals. Over time, those heightened emotions become lasting memories, and our brains expand in the process.

But here’s a thought: Can we shift from simply thinking about something to actually being it, without taking any physical action? Is it possible to create a new state of being before we’ve even had the material experience? According to science, the body can actually move into a new state of being just through thought alone. Fascinating, right?

In my last blog, I delved into the study of the mind and how brainwaves activate circuits that trigger energies, which then influence our subconscious. I also explored the role of frequency and vibration in shaping the experiences we manifest, almost like magnetic forces. These same energies can also draw in unwanted experiences, and I discussed how they come to life. Now, let me take you back to early 2023, a year that was all about exploration, good vibes, and unforgettable moments with family and friends. It was a year of travel—the best education life could offer! The real question, though, is: Did I envision my experiences before they actually unfolded?

My journey started with the enchanting sights and scents of France, where I wandered through the pebbled shores of the French Riviera. I explored the crystal-clear waters of the Côte d’Azur in glamorous Nice, losing myself in the charm of Old Town, with its vibrant markets filled with irresistible fruits and the flakiest croissants. My eyes sparkled as I took in the stunning beauty of the Mediterranean in Monaco, where a little casino fun added to the thrill. We made a quick detour to Cannes, indulging in a feast of mouthwatering culinary delights at seaside restaurants. The flavors danced on my taste buds, each meal better than the last! Looking back, it feels almost surreal (especially for someone like me) to think that I lived and breathed it all. But it was real, and it was magical. Of course, no trip to France would be complete without a visit to Paris—the epitome of romance and culture, with breathtaking views and unforgettable cuisine. It was the perfect conclusion to a dream come true.

As I sit here, it does not take much for me to run off in my mind’s eye. I picture the beautiful sites seen. Emotions take over me, leaving me in a trans. I once again experience all the steps walked not long ago; exploring, enjoying, loving, laughing and tasting. Did I first have the thought ahead of the experience that later materialised into form? —the answer is yes!  I know this is not an article on travel and tourism. I will do my best to keep the sites, smells, feels, at a minimum. I don’t want to distract you from the message we are exploring here today on the wondrous deliciousness that is the mind!

A few months after exploring the beauty of France, my adventures continued with another incredible journey–this time to the vibrant city of London, England. I felt deeply grateful for the opportunity to travel again, especially for such a meaningful reason. One of my beautiful, intelligent daughters would be flying off the UK to study for her Master’s degree and as her mom, it was only natural that I would be there to support her. In August 2023, I took on the responsibility of helping her settle in—organising living arrangements and ensuring her safety. It felt like a sacrifice at the time (not really😊), but truly, it was a blessing!

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined experiencing so much in just one year. And yet, on some level, I must have–because what unfolded was the manifestation of a vision I had held in my mind’s eye. It was focused intention turned into reality. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for how everything aligned.

We are all blessed with the potential to live out our desires—to express ourselves through meaningful, joyful experiences—if only we believe it to be possible. Every dream holds the power to become reality, when paired with unwavering faith. I am no more deserving than anyone else; these experiences are not exclusive. We all have the capacity to create new, fulfilling chapters in our lives.

Once we understand that our thoughts shape our reality, we begin to see that we’re never truly stuck. With conscious attention and intention, we can create something entirely new—whenever we choose. The only true obstacle lies in what we believe is possible. Change begins in the mind, and our consciousness is the key to transforming our experiences.

Science opens doors to realms of study once thought unimaginable. It helps us grasp both the intricate complexity and elegant simplicity of the brain, thought, and patterns of thinking. Through this exploration, we trace how these elements evolve over time. The mind, often described as what the brain does, represents the brain’s interpretation of the world around us. Yet, these mental representations are not the world itself—they are approximations, sometimes highly accurate, but never the full truth. Every living organism expresses its own version of reality; even individual cells demonstrate a kind of intelligence, responding to environmental changes and making decisions. These responses reflect their internal state—what we might call a form of mind.

While physical reality remains largely consistent, our perception and experience of it vary from person to person. We see the same objects, but our brains filter and reconstruct these inputs, generating a personalized experience shaped by internal programs. In a state of awareness, we can begin to question and examine these mental constructs and their origins. This act of observing one’s own thoughts—known as metacognition—is the beginning of conscious reflection. It is in this space of awareness that we step back from the “program” and start to recognize and reflect on our thoughts, emotions, and bodily states. We become mindful of what we are thinking and how we are experiencing the world.

Where it is my desire to experience beautiful moments, beautiful places, and joyful experiences. There is an arousal created from these experiences, triggering a set of hormones. This triggers a rush of positive energy flow. It creates a sense of addiction (pharmaceuticals) to such experiences. The more I think of these moments, the more my mind generates thoughts that produce the same emotions. These thoughts then materialise more of these moments—more of these (future) memories. My brain has mapped out these events, firing networks that now reflect in my outer world. (The thought before the actual physical experience.) My daughter deciding to decorate her bedroom with all things UK all those years ago explains how our (family’s collective thoughts) brain(s) found familiarity with seeking out adventures there. The experience is even sweeter since it is in the UK where she would obtain her master’s degree! My youngest daughter is always inspiring with her vision boards. She was constantly sharing beautiful videos of Paris and France with me before we even planned on making the journey. It was not surprising that this manifested in my world at some point. She is such an excellent manifester. She managed a trip to Italy in the same year in 2023! (She should teach a course on manifestation, honestly.) She is currently enrolled in law school and has joined her sister in good old England.

Everything we experience in this world was first conceived in thought. As beautifully expressed in Autobiography of a Yogi: “The stuff of the world is mind-stuff… the external world has thus become a world of shadows.”

To understand this more deeply, let’s explore the connection between the mind and the brain. Western scientific research increasingly suggests that the mind is, in some ways, independent of the brain. While the brain carries thoughts, it does not necessarily create them. The mind can be seen as patterns of information expressed through patterns of matter—the brain in action. This activity of the mind can, in turn, influence the brain, triggering physical and chemical processes. For example, the mind can stimulate the production of certain chemicals that calm neural circuits and reduce the release of stress hormones. In my personal experience in 2023, heightened states of arousal generated emotions of high, pleasant, and positive frequency. In response, my brain sought to match that frequency in the external, material world. Conversely, when arousal stems from stress hormones, it produces an unhealthy cocktail of neurochemicals. If people do not consciously change their internal or external picture, they may become addicted to those negative emotional states—trapped in a life they don’t truly enjoy, living in what feels like a dark outer world.

Science explains that as our mind changes, our brain changes. The brain changes both temporarily and in lasting ways—the fleeting flow of experience leaves behind lasting marks on your brain. You can use your mind to activate brain states such as patience or inner peace. By deliberately cultivating wholesome states of mind, over time you create permanent, structural changes in your brain. As you learn new information, and a new model of understanding, your brain is firing new sequences and new patterns and new combinations. You continue to repeat this new information and level of thinking; you’re installing new circuitry—you are changing your mind. And what happens when we change our mind?  We change our experiences. How do we do this? Learning to get our actions equal to our thoughts, to get mind and body working together.

New experiences create new synaptic connections in the brain. We cannot expect transformation if we continue to think, act, and live in the same way every single day. Change simply doesn’t happen under those conditions. Most people desire change, yet few are willing to shift their thoughts, beliefs, habits, or daily routines—the very “program” that shapes their reality.

By consciously observing your thoughts and repeatedly engaging with new information, you stimulate the brain to build and strengthen neural pathways. Repetition is the key. Without consistent practice, these newly formed circuits weaken and eventually disappear.

Consider an athlete. They push their bodies through rigorous training, refining techniques and perfecting their craft. They use mental visualisation, physical effort, and relentless repetition to elevate their performance. Through this process, they gain strength, endurance, and mastery, ultimately surpassing their previous limits.

The same principle applies to personal growth. When we challenge old patterns and commit to new experiences, we rewire our brains and expand our potential. This is how we learn to master ourselves.

Everything you do in life; you must have a thought before you initiate an action. You keep thinking the same thoughts. Those circuits start firing in your brain. “The nerve cells that fire together wire together,” as Dr. Joe Dispenza says.  It is important to learn that those thoughts, produce chemicals called emotions. Our bodies then, get accustomed to living by the same emotions—it could be guilt, unhappiness, fear, anger, disappointment.  Your attention to those thoughts starts changing the neural circuitry in your brain. In other words, you begin “being” your emotion (the program).

It is essential that we learn to process our emotions by allowing ourselves to fully feel them rather than avoiding or suppressing them. When emotions are left unprocessed, they don’t simply disappear—they resurface in different moments, experiences, and interactions in our present lives. Old emotional triggers can transport us back to past people, places, or events, causing us to react from that wounded place rather than from who we are today. We might express ourselves in a manner that is not who “we are” but an emotion overtakes us at that moment, that has us reacting in a manner that might be expected of our “personality”—the person we became from old habits and unpacked emotions. As we process and heal our emotions we improve our self-awareness, build healthier relationships, and make better decisions. This is why emotional healing is so powerful. As we learn to feel, process, and release what no longer serves us, we deepen our self-awareness, strengthen our relationships, and make clearer, more intentional choices.

When we honor our emotions and tune into the signals our bodies send us, we begin to navigate life with greater freedom and self-compassion. This practice can also support our physical health and overall well-being, creating a more grounded and insightful outlook on life.

I once read that emotions are a skill we can practice. So, what have you been practicing lately? And how do you wish to express yourself in the world?

Once you move beyond old emotions and fully embrace your new way of thinking, you step into the role of the creator of your future. You are no longer a prisoner of the past or controlled by outdated emotional patterns and limiting programs. Instead, you face life with awareness and strength, anticipating and overcoming the obstacles that once held you back. These obstacles may appear as doubt, fear, or self-sabotage—but now you have the power to rise above them.

Our minds naturally search for evidence to support what we believe. In doing so, they prioritise information that reinforces those beliefs, often creating a self-fulfilling prophecy. This means that our thoughts, habits, and daily choices will continue to mirror the boundaries or the possibilities we hold within ourselves. By consciously choosing empowering beliefs, we begin to shape a life that reflects our highest potential.

Thoughts are incredibly potent and powerful. Our thoughts are intricately connected to the quantum field playing a crucial role in shaping our reality. Thoughts are not isolated occurrences; they are an energy pattern that interact with and influence this quantum field.  Your thoughts are information packets that you transmit into the universe. The quantum field responds to the information that you transmit through your thoughts.  So, when your thoughts are coherent, positive and focused on a specific intention they create a resonance.  This resonance begins attracting circumstances. It also attracts events and opportunities that align with your thoughts and intentions (like algorithms on our electronic devices).

Thoughts are powerful, but it’s the emotions behind them that amplify their creative force. When you align clear, focused thinking with the energy of gratitude, you send a powerful signal into the quantum field. Add belief. Infuse it with excitement and a sense of expectancy. This emotional synergy supercharges your intentions.

Where you direct your attention, your reality tends to follow. Focus on anger, and you’ll attract more reasons to feel it. The same goes for resentment or unloving thoughts—they echo back into your experience. Shift your default toward love, joy, and appreciation. These are the thoughts worth returning to, again and again.

There is good news: you are NOT a prisoner of your circumstances. You have the power to rewrite the narrative. To reprogram your subconscious mind and change your current view of life to one that is much more desired. The key is “awareness”. It involves an understanding, or rather, a strong belief that “change” is possible for everything and for everyone. By consciously adopting empowering thoughts and aligning yourself with the outcomes you desire (that involves aligning with the frequency and vibration of your desire), you can and will draw them into your experience. This shift in mindset is transformative because the universe responds to the energy you emit. Like a radio dial, make sure you are tuning to the right frequency.

Most believe that to be happy something outside of them must change—this is false. When we make the decision (thought) to change who we are (matter and state of being), then our bodies will take physical action, and our lives begin to reshape accordingly. True transformation begins the moment we decide to change who we are—our state of being, our energy, our identity.

Happiness, wealth, or health doesn’t come from waiting for the world to change. It comes when we choose to embody our desired outcome today. That choice is where our power lies.

Energy connects everything. If we continue to surround ourselves with the same people, in the same environments, engaging in the same habits, we reinforce the very reality we’re trying to outgrow. Think of someone struggling with addiction: they may desperately want a new life, yet if they remain in the same environment with the same triggers, they’ll stay aligned with their old patterns. The familiar frequency of that environment keeps them anchored to the past.

Our outer world is a reflection of our inner landscape. When nothing within us transforms, we find ourselves repeating the same patterns, recreating the same experiences, and remaining bound to an endless cycle. What we perceive as reality is often just a shadow—an illusion shaped by our own state of being. When the illusion dissolves, the false substance it held together vanishes too. In its place, we become the light that cuts through the darkness. As we shift inwardly and elevate our frequency, anything no longer resonant with our new vibration—whether a person, place, or circumstance—naturally begins to fall away.

Ask yourself:

  • What unconscious programs are you still reaffirming?
  • What patterns keep you rooted in your current condition?
  • What memories are you replaying that keep you tied to your old self?
  • What is the story you keep telling yourself is happening?
  • Wat is the story you keep telling others?

Your life begins to change the moment you do.

Everything you experience is a mirror of what you hold to be true in your mind. Your thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions form the very fabric of your reality—they shape how your consciousness interacts with the world. Real transformation begins when you learn to think beyond your current environment and envision possibilities that extend past what your senses can perceive.

Even when you can’t see, touch, or feel it, the vision is alive within you. It becomes so vivid in your mind that you start living as if it already exists. This is the power of believing in a future that your senses have not yet confirmed but your mind has rehearsed so thoroughly that your brain begins to change—mirroring the experience of the event as if it has already happened.

This is how we prime the brain. Just as athletes condition their bodies through repetition and practice, we condition our minds through meditation and visualization, consciously designing our ideal reality in thought first. By doing so, we change both the brain and the body with thought alone. Neuroscience confirms that this is not just philosophy—it’s measurable, and it’s possible.

When you’re fully engaged in the practice of visualisation, your inner world begins to feel like reality—and your biology responds accordingly. Mentally rehearsing an action activates your brain in such a way that, on a neurological map, it appears as though the event has already occurred. The brain and body can no longer distinguish between a vividly imagined experience and one that’s actually happening, especially when all your senses are involved.

Visualisation essentially installs new neural hardware, priming your system for the actual event. With repeated focus and intention, you begin to rewire your brain, forming new circuits that gradually turn into automatic mental programs. Just like learning to play an instrument or mastering a sport, consistent practice moves you from conscious effort to unconscious competence.

Over time, this inner rehearsal leads to external realisation. What you’ve deeply visualised becomes your default state—your brain now seeks evidence to confirm your new belief. By thinking the same thought repeatedly, it embeds itself in your identity. And when that happens, belief becomes reality.

Science explains that the human body is in a constant state of renewal, continuously producing new cells to replace old ones. For decades, researchers have questioned whether the brain is capable of doing the same through a process known as neurogenesis—the birth of new neurons. Emerging studies increasingly suggest that this may indeed be possible, indicating that our brains can generate new neurons throughout life.

Every experience we have, every emotion we feel, every word we speak, and every thought we hold carries its own energetic frequency. Over time, these repeated patterns or “programs” can imprint themselves on our energy field, shaping both our mental and physical well-being. When we intentionally shift our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, we transform our inner state—and, in turn, our outer reality. This process can have a profound effect on our overall health.

By becoming more mindful and deliberate about what we feed our mind, body, and spirit, we take an active role in shaping our well-being from the inside out.

Through my exploration of neuroscience, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of key brain structures such as the hippocampus, neocortex, limbic system, and pineal gland. Along the way, I’ve become familiar with foundational concepts like the frontal lobe and synapses. What truly excites me is witnessing how modern research is bridging science and spirituality to unravel the mysteries of the human mind.

The hippocampus, often described as the birthplace of memory and electrical activity, serves as the universal language of the nervous system. It plays a vital role not only in learning and memory, but also in imagination and creativity—reminding us that memory isn’t merely a record of the past, but a tool for envisioning the future.

Neurons are specialised nerve cells that transmit messages, while synapses—the microscopic gaps between them—allow electrical signals to pass, enabling each neuron to function as an individual unit. As we deepen our understanding of the human brain, thought, and consciousness, we may become more intentional with the thoughts we entertain—curating them with greater care and purpose. In doing so, we plant seeds for more meaningful experiences and craft richer, more beautiful memories for the future. This elegant communication system highlights just how dynamic and intricately responsive the brain truly is, constantly adapting to the world around us.

Through my research, I explored a wide range of topics—including dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and Locked-in syndrome—and encountered compelling studies on amnestic syndrome related to drug addiction, particularly involving Fentanyl. These insights were framed within evocative titles such as “The Forgetting Disease,” “Living Within My Head,” “Maps and Memories,” and “Learning to Be Addicted.”

I do not claim to offer remedies for these conditions. Rather, I believe that—like most things—education holds the key. As a society, we must cultivate awareness: of self, of others, of place and time, and of the intricate workings of the mind and the universe. By reconnecting with our emotional landscapes, we can begin to unlock many of life’s mysteries—or at the very least, illuminate what may feel absent in the pursuit of personal fulfillment and success in every aspect of your life.  This notion of “awareness” is the spiritual dimension I alluded to earlier. When it comes to science and scientific studies, there is a component that must be a part of the study that makes it “whole” and that is “awareness”.

What is awareness? The quality or state of being aware—a knowledge and understanding that something is happening or exists. To understand our true nature. But what is our true nature?  Are we the mind or the body? Or are we a series of emotions that accumulate over time and should we not become aware, will become who we are—happy, depressed, physiologically challenged, angry, good natured? We must shift from external distractions (placing blame to external environment and others) and examine our internal landscape. By delving into our inner world (through meditation and visualisation), we gain insights into our values, motivations and the source of our actions. This can be transformative, leading to personal growth, greater self-awareness, and a more authentic way of living.

Watching the NFL every Sunday, Monday, and Thursday night is the highlight of my week during football season. The dedication and discipline of quarterbacks are inspiring—through relentless training, razor-sharp focus, emotional intensity, and mental resilience, they push their performance to extraordinary levels. One quarterback even tracks his brainwave frequencies to analyze how mindset impacts physical output—a cutting-edge approach that’s truly redefining the game. When players adopt a growth mindset, commit with hyperfocus, and elevate their mental frequency, they unlock capabilities that once seemed out of reach. Our bodies are wired for greatness—focus is the key that unlocks it.

In my previous blog, Changing the Brainwave of the Suspicious Mind,I explored the profound influence of thought patterns, language, emotions, and the energetic landscape of the mind. Imagine a scientist peering inside the human brain at a single moment—what they’d find is not just biology, but a living map of one’s history and future potential, traced through neurons and synapses. It’s a reflection of your current life state, painted in electrical signals.

But what if we stopped living through the lens of past conditioning and memories? What if we chose to design a life that reflects our conscious intention rather than default programming? The journey begins with awareness—questions like How am I showing up in my waking day? How did I truly live today? Become gateways to transformation.

As we release stored emotional energy and overcome ingrained habits, we step beyond the limitations of the conditioned mind. The fear dissolves into courage, scarcity is revealed as wholeness, and within that process, you begin constructing a personal energy field—a frequency unique to you. In freeing yourself from anger and frustration, energy once trapped becomes liberated.

Professional athletes have long struggled with retirement, as their bodies are conditioned to “go, go, go” — only to face career-ending wear and tear earlier than most professions. This stems from an outdated mindset: the belief that an athlete must retire by a certain age or after reaching a perceived physical limit. Such expectations can shape an athlete’s sense of possibility, often pushing them toward “early” retirement.

Today, however, a shift is taking place. Advances in training, recovery, nutrition, and overall wellness are allowing athletes to extend their careers well beyond what was once considered their prime. More importantly, many are embracing a new way of thinking — one that focuses on reinvention rather than limitation.

The real gift lies in movement, in continually rediscovering and redefining oneself. You are not your old thoughts, your past injuries, or the beliefs that once confined you. Those outdated “programs” no longer dictate what’s possible. Everything is open to change.

We have learned that our brains attach memories to place and time. Neurons fire patterns that wire together over time, significantly impacting our state of “being”. When you state:” I am NOT”, “I cannot”, you are reinforcing a memorised state of being. In essence you have chosen to be defined by your own limitations—you are trapped by the conditions of your environment. All behaviour is belief driven—it’s a state. Like the athlete that adapts a positive mindset, prioritising their skill set and development that allows them to achieve optimal performance (well beyond “their prime”), to change then, you must be greater than, your body, your environment and time. You must adapt the belief that you have the capability to complete tasks beyond your perceived limitations to succeed.

I’ve never been a fan of labeling a condition—of naming a dis-ease. Labels can feel terminal, too definitive, as though they seal a person’s fate. How can anyone begin to crawl out of the box they’ve been placed in by old beliefs, outdated systems, and limiting thought patterns that weigh them down? No two human beings or human experiences are the same. So why insist on fitting every experience into a single mold? There are always untapped perspectives, unseen targets, and new possibilities waiting to be explored.

We each hold the power to unlearn—or more accurately, to update and reprogram through new learning. The answers you seek are not out in the world or buried somewhere in your environment. They already exist within you. The brain and body together form the most intelligent pharmacy, capable of transforming our internal state.

When you intentionally educate your brain around any task, you assign it meaning, focus, and energy. This deliberate attention creates impact. Because the mind doesn’t distinguish between what’s imagined and what’s real, attaching deeper meaning to a potential outcome can lead to success through intention alone—whether in health, wealth, or personal growth.

When you’ve been taught or have witnessed the rewards of positive change, your body begins to anticipate and align with those possibilities. The more you believe in the cause, the more effectively you prime your entire system for transformation. As these new thoughts take root, your neurons fire and wire together in fresh patterns—reshaping your inner landscape. Over time, this profoundly influences your state of being.

The brain functions as both a transmitter and receiver of energy. When you align yourself with the frequency of what you wish to create or experience, you’re not merely imagining it—you’re remembering it into being. The law of attraction then amplifies this signal, reinforcing that vision until it becomes more tangible and familiar. Remember: you are the creator of your reality, the author of your own vibration. Live intentionally—create first in imagination, then allow it to unfold in form. We have the power to choose the thoughts we think. Mastering the art of deliberate creation requires surrendering to the process, trusting in what you’ve envisioned even before it appears in your physical reality.

Positive thoughts alone are not enough to reshape your reality. They must be powerfully encoded in your body’s cellular memory through coherent emotional state and visualisation.  It is installing habitual new mind movies anchored by intense emotion in theta brainwave state that gradually overwrite the outdated programs in your body.  When you couple this advanced mind focusing techniques with discipline daily practice and unwavering faith you become energetically aligned with your future ideal reality.

Quiet the analytical mind and stop it from seeping into your thoughts—those thoughts shaped by outdated beliefs, past experiences, and thought patterns that no longer serve you. Remember, the brain cannot distinguish between reality and the mind’s fabricated constructs. Through visualisation, we can consciously plant positive affirmations into our subconscious, setting the stage for the favorable circumstances we desire in life.

Everything and everyone around you is a reflection of your vibration. Stop assigning blame to people, places, times, or anything external—everything is within you. What do you want to keep active in your vibration? Practice being fully present and grounded in the moment. Stop mindlessly scrolling and start being intentional with your thoughts and actions. By directing our focus with clarity and purpose, we can shift the patterns within our energy fields—from cellular functions to overall health. Become the creator of the vibration surrounding you—live from a high frequency.

Imagine how lit our brains get when we experience JOY and/or profound LOVE! It must light up like a Christmas tree—this is where we want to be, this is what we want to tap into—this is the awareness. To truly live is to experience all emotions. Embrace them as teachers. Without fear, we do not know courage. Without sadness, we do not know joy. Without failure, we do not know success. We learn to love when we fear loss. In the midst of chaos, it is when we find peace. What we search, often eludes us. Perhaps it is in the searching that we find what we are looking for.

Your reality is simply a mirror reflecting the contents of your mind. The better you feel the more you allow—you are in a state of expansion—when you follow your heart you are in the “flow“. Broadcast the frequency you wish to be in—the world is responding to you.

You are worthy of a brilliant, abundant life! Let love guide every interaction—lift up those around you and cherish each connection. Offer much love to yourself, to your family and friends, give love and more love always, including your loyal and faithful pets!

Until our next visit together, stay kind and true to yourself.

To the beautiful, powerful you,
